This website, mobile application or social media platform page (“Site”) is operated by PT. Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang and Charleskeith.com Pte. Ltd (collectively “we”, “us” or “our”). The cooperation between PT. Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang and Charleskeith.com Pte. Ltd is based on a contractual agreement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy, Data Protection and Cookies Policy (“Policy”) explains how we use the information we collect from you when you use the Site. This Policy also applies to information we receive from you through any social media platforms that we control.
PT. Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang is responsible for your privacy when you use our Site.

We will keep your information for as long as you have your account, or as long as it is necessary to provide our services to you, or (in the case of any contact you may have with our Customer Service team) for as long as it is necessary to provide support-related reporting and trend analysis only. Additionally, we adhere to our internal data retention policy, which specifies that personal data will be retained for a period of 5 (five) Years unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
In the event that you close your account or when your personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, we will delete or anonymize your personal data without undue delay. We aim to show you CHARLES & KEITH banners and ads that are relevant to you through a variety of digital marketing networks, ad exchanges and social media. We will tailor banners and ads of interest to you, depending on how you use the Site (for example, your search history and the content you have previously read).

We do not sell any of your personal information to any third party.

In the event that PT. Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang, Charleskeith.com Pte. Ltd and/or their assets are sold, acquired or merged with a third party, resulting in your personal information being transferred to such third party, we will notify you of any changes in company structure or ownership. Your personal data will continue to be protected under a privacy policy that complies with Indonesian data protection laws and standards equivalent to or higher than those required by the UU PDP.
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have given your explicit consent to the transfer of your Personal Data outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

In the unlikely event of a data breach that may affect your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws. While we are dedicated to securing our systems and the Site, we cannot warrant the security of any information that you send us. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
We are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and updating of information we store about you in accordance with applicable procedures. You are responsible for securing and maintaining the privacy of your password(s) and Account/profile registration information. We have an obligation to take reasonably measures to ensure that the personal data we process is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
