will speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep

However, your information will not be stored and you

order if you have opted for guest checkout. If you

- Head to 'MY PROFILE' and scroll down till you see the 'Delete My Account' option
- Upon clicking 'Delete My Account', you will be prompted to key in your password for confirmation.
Please note this action is irreversible and all
associated data in your account, including all
accumulated memebrship privileges and order history,
will be deleted.

How can I become a CHARLES & KEITH VIP member?
To join us as a VIP member, all you need to do is make a
purchase in any Indonesia CHARLES & KEITH retail stores
You are entitled to be a Silver Member with any
regular-priced purchase in-stores. Accumulate a total of
Rp 2,000,000 in 1 year or in a single receipt to be
entitlted to be a Gold Member.
Your VIP membership is non-transferable and valid only
for registered customers. Without prejudice to any
action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in
the termination of membership by CHARLES & KEITH.
CHARLES & KEITH reserves the right to amend the Terms &
Conditions of its programme without prior notice. The
decision of CHARLES & KEITH shall be final and binding
in the event of a dispute arising out of or in
connection with transactions made with membership
privileges.
